This collaboration between Italian architect Davide Giannella of Acadia Architecture and Windy City Builders resulted in a home unlike any other. It is striking both visually and technically. The house was designed from the inside out, with the occupants and the interaction of the spaces and materials as the foremost priority. Large moving glass walls homage to Eichler homes and provide a fabulous indoor-outdoor experience for entertaining. There are many technical features as well.. Palo Alto Custom ADU with Walk Out Deck
This project is unique in that multiple builders told the client it wasn’t possible to do an ADU on the property. Not only did we get ADU plans approved but we legally incorporated a 150 sqft walk out balcony where typically only 50 sqft is allowed.
